Our flowers can be used as standalone statement pieces or combined to create custom installations that transform an entire space.

For safety reasons, giant flower backdrops and installations should not be moved by clients, guests, venue staff, or other vendors after they have been installed.
Our flowers are carefully arranged, balanced, and secured to create the best appearance and stability. Moving them may affect the design, cause damage, or create a safety concern.
If you would like your flowers relocated during your event, such as moving a ceremony backdrop to the reception area, please discuss this with us during the planning process. In many cases, we can arrange for Lakeside Petals to move the installation for an additional fee.
To ensure the safety of your guests and the integrity of the design, only Lakeside Petals may move or modify installed rental items.
Most rentals are installed before your event begins and remain in place for the duration of your event. We will coordinate a pickup time with you or your venue following the event.
For weddings and special events, backdrops are typically available throughout the entire event and are picked up afterward or the following day, depending on venue requirements and scheduling.
If you need your rental for multiple days, extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding and event seasons.
For weddings, reserving your date 3 to 12 months in advance is ideal. For smaller events, showers, birthdays, and corporate events, 4 to 8 weeks is often sufficient.
Because our giant flower rentals are limited and many of our designs are reserved months in advance, popular dates can fill quickly.
Last minute bookings may be available depending on inventory and schedule availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is just around the corner.
A signed rental agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date and rental items.
Booking your giant flower rental is easy!
Step 1: Contact us with your event date, venue, and the rental items you are interested in.
Step 2: We will discuss your event vision, answer any questions, and provide a proposal tailored to your event, venue and rental selections.
Step 3: Once you are ready to move forward, a signed rental agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date and rental items.
Step 4: We will coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup details with you prior to your event.
Step 5: Relax and enjoy your event while we handle the installation and pickup!
Please note that dates are not reserved until the rental agreement has been signed and the retainer has been received.
We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including:
• Credit and debit cards
• Electronic invoices via PayPal (Invoices can be paid securely online using major credit and debit cards).
• Square
• Cash (by prior arrangement)
A signed rental agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date and rental items.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event as outlined in your rental agreement.

At this time, Lakeside Petals does not require a damage deposit for most rentals.
However, clients are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rental items that occurs during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if rental items are damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
To help keep our handcrafted flowers looking beautiful for every client, we ask that guests refrain from touching, moving, climbing on, or leaning against the displays.
For large scale installations or specialty rentals, Lakeside Petals reserves the right to require a damage deposit at its discretion.
Absolutely! We love helping clients bring their vision to life.
Many of our giant flower installations can be customized to coordinate with your event theme, color palette, and overall style. Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event, shower, birthday celebration, or special occasion, we will work with you to create a design that complements your event.
Custom colors, flower styles, and installation layouts may be available depending on your event date, timeline, and project requirements.
If your design requires the creation of new flowers or custom pieces that are not currently part of our inventory, an additional design and production fee will apply. Pricing varies based on the complexity and scope of the project.
Because custom designs require additional planning and production time, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss your ideas.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup
To ensure every installation is delivered and styled professionally, delivery, setup, and post event pickup are priced separately from rental fees.
All delivery fees include:
Delivery to your venue
Professional setup and styling
Post event pickup
Standard travel time
Additional fees may apply for:
Difficult venue access
Multiple floors or elevators
Long distances from parking to setup location
Late night pickups
Holiday weekends
Minimum Rental Requirement
A minimum rental value of $300 applies to all delivery orders.
One thing I would add, because you've mentioned before that you want to be known as the go to giant flower person in Central Florida:

Lakeside Petals is based in Groveland, Florida, and proudly serves clients throughout Central Florida and surrounding areas.
Because we specialize in delivery, setup, and pickup of our giant flower rentals, we do not currently offer a retail storefront for walk in visits.
Consultations are available by appointment.
We regularly serve weddings, corporate events, parties, and special events in areas including Clermont, Winter Garden, Orlando, Windermere, Celebration, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Mount Dora, Tampa, Daytona Beach, and beyond.
If your event is outside our standard service area, contact us for a custom travel quote.

Our giant flower rentals are designed for indoor use only.
Because our flowers are handcrafted from paper and specialty materials, they can be damaged by rain, excessive humidity, wind, and other outdoor elements.
To ensure your flowers look their best throughout your event, all rentals must be placed in a fully enclosed indoor venue or protected indoor space.
